Jingjie Zhu
Jingjie Zhu received a Master’s degree in Biotechnology from Wageningen University, then worked on RNAi technology development and miRNA biology at Shanghai Institute of Biochemistry and Cell Biology. After that, she moved to New York and worked as an Associate Research Scientist in Dr. Feske’s lab to study how ion channels and transporters regulate immune cell function and immune responses.
In Dr. Gan’s lab, she is eager to work with team members to investigate the mechanisms underlying Alzheimer’s disease and Frontotemporal Dementia.
Research Interests: Making efforts to discover the reasons why seniors suffer from AD and FTD
