Yilin Feng, PhD
Yilin Feng is originally from Guangzhou, China, where she received her medical degree from Sun Yat-sen University. During her time there, she gained experience in electrophysiological research focusing on visual circuits. She later completed her Ph.D. at Tsinghua University, where she specialized in using cerebral organoids in combination with mouse models to study the mechanisms of the immune system and Alzheimer's disease.
She is currently continuing her research on Alzheimer's disease and neurodevelopment in the Gan lab. Outside of her scientific pursuits, Yilin enjoys working out, playing AAA video games, and hiking.
